For coffee enthusiasts, you’ll find both a Keurig coffee maker with individual pods and a traditional coffee pot—whatever your preference, you can enjoy your perfect brew to start the day.  Off the kitchen, you'll find the bright and cheery laundry room! There you will find a full-size washer and dryer and a tankless hot water heater that will ensure everyone gets a hot shower to rinse off the salt and sand!

The dining room is a beautiful blend of timeless style and fun details. It’s a perfect spot for gathering with family and friends, whether for a casual meal or a special celebration. This spacious downstairs master suite has a coastal feel with colorful accents and swathed in a beautiful beachy fabric. The bedrooms in Tides Cottage are all furnished with brand new mattresses, box springs and bedding, including this king-sized bed. Comfy and inviting, it is perfect for sleeping in or unwinding after a fun day on the beach. Additionally, there is a large closet and a desk tucked in the corner if you need to catch up on emails or sneak in a little work. The private en-suite bathroom is just steps away!

Also downstairs, this sunlit bedroom has a beautiful view overlooking the pool and gets great natural light throughout the day. It has a queen bed, a relaxed vibe, and its own en-suite bathroom, making it a wonderful choice for guests who want a little extra space and privacy. The painted wood floors, bright pops of color and custom headboard make it a happy room! The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, beautiful vanity and mirror...everything you need to rinse off and reset!

Tucked away upstairs, this is the largest bedroom in the house.  With a king bed, a cozy chair and ottoman, and plenty of floor space, it’s a great spot to unwind or spread out a bit. There’s more than enough room for a pack and play, making it a good option for families with little ones. Whether you’re reading in the chair or just enjoying the peace and quiet, this room has a calm, tucked-away feel that makes it easy to relax.

Painted a soft robin's egg blue, this upstairs bedroom has twin beds and tons of charm. It’s a sweet, cheerful space with a bedside table that doubles as a desk, a precious custom closet and a beautiful antique chest and gorgeous Louis Philippe hand carved mirror.  Light, bright, and full of character—it’s a happy little corner of the house.

The Nook might be your favorite room in Tides Cottage!  A cozy yet charming retreat, it has a large sectional sofa that’s perfect for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends.  Everyone will love piling on the sectional and watching a movie on the 55-inch Roku TV. A double-sized bed is tucked away in its own little corner, providing extra sleeping space or a quiet corner to unwind. The Nook's beautiful green paneled ceiling adds warmth and character, giving it a unique, inviting feel.

Just off The Nook, you’ll find The Perch, a balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee or catching the sunset in the evening. The Perch has three comfortable chairs and a constant ocean breeze.

This bright, cheery bathroom is the perfect spot to refresh after a day of adventure. It features a large walk-in shower with plenty of space, plus great shelves for storing all your bathroom essentials.
